Refund Policy

Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before dispatch subject to admin approval; custom or cut-to-length items may not be cancellable once production starts.

Returns

Unopened, saleable goods in original packaging may be returned within 7 days of delivery where permitted; certain categories (cement, admixtures once opened) are non-returnable.

Refunds

Approved refunds are processed within 7–14 working days to the original payment mode where possible.

Damaged goods

Report transit damage within 24 hours with photos; we will coordinate replacement or credit as per policy.
