Orders & delivery

Delivery timelines are estimates. Risk passes as per agreed Incoterms or handover at site/vehicle as communicated on the invoice.

Warranty

Manufacturer warranties apply where stated. Vijay Construction does not extend warranties beyond those of the manufacturer except where explicitly agreed in writing.

Our liability is limited to the value of goods supplied in the relevant transaction, subject to applicable law.
